Between 19–22 of April, Exhibition Centre in Essen hosted one of the biggest european fitness expo – FIBO. The expo was special, because it was the last time it was hosted in Essen, as next year it moves to Cologne.
This year expo was special in every way. It was visited by 65 800 fitness fans, 13% more than last years. We also saw more vendors – 612 companies from 35 countries. One of them was of course Fitness Authority®, with one of the biggest and most attractive booth of the expo. , There was a lot of opportunities to test FA supplements and meet great bodybuilders: Radek Słodkiewicz, Tomek Bobrowski and the best amateur of the last season – Sami Al-Haddad. Sami and Radek performed guest posing, and was enthusiastically applauded by the fans. The audience especially appreciated free FA supplement samples and clothes, thrown from the stage by our athletes. Another moment of pride for FA was, when Universal Nutrition honored Fitness Authority as their best distributor, for the seventh time in the row!
Since last FIBO hasn’t been only the expo, but also bodybuilding competition. Although the line-up was slightly worse than last year, still the level of competition was very high. The winner, to jednak poziom był bardzo wysoki. The winner was Johnnie Jackson and second place was taken by Michael Kefalianos. Polish Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships NAC is an event that we have taken under our patronage and founded prizes for the best bodybuilders. We were happy to hand them packages of supplements, knowing that they will help them achieve even higher form in the next competition.

Last Sunday, September 8, we came to Strzegom for the "Kamienna Rzeźba" competition. Traditionally, these competitions begin the autumn series of events in body sports, while also qualifying at the Arnold Classic in Barcelona. We were waiting for participants and spectators from the early morning hours. We have prepared our latest products, among which was 120 ml Napalm Igniter Shot. It enjoyed great success, as well as protein and peanut butter, which is one of our hits. On the stage, the emotions were very hot, the players presented a really high level of preparation. The next test will be FIWE 2019, which is coming soon!
September 13-15 are the days when in Warsaw during FIWE 2019 we will meet with lovers of a healthy, active lifestyle! We are slowly packing our stand so that everything is ready for the party. 07-09.09 are important days for Krynica Zdrój - an economic forum was held there, and next to this event many other events were organized, including 10. Tauron Running Festival in Krynica Zdrój. The event attracted many running enthusiasts, so we set off from Gdańsk on a long journey to support our runners on the spot. Carbohydrates, new shots and of course protein waffles lubricated with nut paste were very popular. For 3 days we could observe how more and more people do physical activity, which makes us very happy and we hope that this trend will continue to develop.
On Saturday, October 5, a big event will take place in Warsaw - the International Polish Bodybuilding and Fitness Cup of the NABBA/WFF Poland federation. We spent 26-27 October in Gorzów Wielkopolski at the Polish Junior and Veteran Championships. We followed the struggles of many players who competed on stage. The level was really high. The time has come for the first big event in Poland! The season was opened by the Festiwal Sportów Sylwetkowych in Warsaw organized by the NPC league. We are happy to join this event by funding in-kind prizes for players. Although so we could reward their effort put into preparation. You could also find us in our stand, where we prepared best pancakes and protein waffles! The event was held at an impressive pace, and the form presented by the participants was even more impressive. We hope to see you soon at the next NPC competition!
We are freshly after Debiuty in Bodybuilding and Fitness IFBB! This is an event where many future champions put their first steps on the stage. In Kielce, you could find many supplements at special prices in our stand. We also brought a lot of prizes for players. On July 15, 2020, we followed our brand ambassador, Iza Dybała, with a camera, during her first competition after the lockdown – 5th Baltic Cup in Bodybuilding and Fitness in Hel, Poland. The athletes from all over Poland competed in 12 categories on the Seaside Boulevard in the heart of Hel.
Seventh edition of FIWE Fitness Trade Show happend on September 18-20 in 3 exhibition halls. This year was very different than any other edition. Fitness industry took a serious hit because of the Covid-19 pandemic and needed a strong impulse to get back on the right track. The event was organized under completely new sanitary regimen, but it didn’t have any negative impact on attendance. It was a great event that gathered a lot of sport and healthy lifestyle enthusiasts. Our booth was near the main sceene, constantly surrounded by huge crowd. During the event we had a pleasure to reward all winners of this year’s prestigeous show – we handed many bags filled with FA supplements and gadgets. On the 27-28 of April, we were on the Słodkiewicz Classic competition, whose initiator and main organizer was Radek Słodkiewicz. A lot of players and spectators came. Super prizes awaited the best. The fight on the stage was great, we saw a lot of categories. We hope that we will visit Słodkiewicz Classic again next year.
Last weekend we spent on GO ACTIVE SHOW in Nadarzyn. A great event where you could watch the latest trends in the fitness industry. Visitors had at their disposal several large halls and plenty of activities. We took with us our best products and new products - CLA, OMEGA 3, CANDY BAR. They met with great reception, we hope that they will help you achieve the form! :)
On June 8, Radek Słodkiewicz fought his first fight in MMA during the FAME MMA gala. Six weeks of preparation allowed Radek to fight a really even fight with Krystian Pudzianowski. Unfortunately, at the end of the second round, Pudzianowski overthrew Radek and after the fight in the ground, the clash was stoped by the referee. Thank you Radek for great emotions and showing the spirit of fight!

The story of Mark - grandson and Wieśka - grandfather, shows that sport can be played, at any age and despite many difficulties. When we heard three years ago about the idea of a grandson who wanted to run a marathon with his disabled grandfather, we were surprised. Such stories don’t happen every day. We wanted to invite you to join the Joint Run in Memory of Grandpa Wiesia & Grandmother Halinka, which will take place on April 17-19, both virtually and stationary.
