E104 - may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended use: Mix ~1,5 scoop (50 g) of powder with 500 ml water. Drink one serving before, during and after workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The measure included in the packet serves to facilitate portioning, but it does not guarantee precise dosing. It is advisable to use scales in order to measure out the exact amount.
