SKULL LABS®  Monster Mass. Food supplement. Product is recommended for adults performing high intensity exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients: protein complex [whey protein concentrate (from milk), whey protein isolate (from milk), hydrolysed whey protein isolate (from milk), hydrolysed casein (from milk)], carbohydrate complex (maltodextrin, glucose), cocoa1, taurine, D-aspartic acid (DAA), calcium β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyrate (Ca HMB), creatine monohydrate, L-arginine, L-ornithine, fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.), thickener (xanthan gum), red beet juice concentrate^7,10, flavourings, colour/s (E150c^1,2,3, E160a^3,4, E141⁹).

Recommended use: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (120 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1 serving 3 times a day (before workout, immediately after workout and between meals).
