Ingredients:  L-arginine HCl, gelatin capsule shell (bovine gelatin, colour (E172)), anti-caking agents (E470b, E551).

Recommended use: 1 capsule daily before training, drinking with large amount of water. Before use consult your doctor or dietician.

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product compounds. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
