Ingredients: water, citrulline malate, beta alanine, glucose, L-arginine alphaketoglutarate (AAKG), taurine, stabiliser (glycerol), betaine HCl, caffeine anhydrous, glucuronolactone, acid (citric acid), carbon dioxide, flavourings, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame), preservatives (sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate), maltodextrine.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving twice a day (1 serving = 30 ml). Shake before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
