Ingredients: citrulline malate, beta-alanine, taurine, betaine anhydrous, anti-caking agent (E551), L-tyrosine, acidity regulator (E500(ii)), flavouring^1,7, flavourings^{2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10,11}, choline bitartrate, flavourings¹², γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA), caffeine anhydrous, salt, niacin (nicotinic acid), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), red beet juice concentrate^{2,3,4,5,6,7,10,11,12}, black carrot concentrate6,11, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K, steviol glycosides from Stevia), colour/s [(E160a)^{1,2,8,9,10,12}, (E104)¹, (E132)⁵]. E104: May have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

Recommended daily intake: Mix ~1 scoop of powder (8,75 g) with 150-200 ml of water. Drink 2 servings daily: the first serving in the morning and the second serving 30 minutes before workout [1 serving = ~1 scoop (8,75 g)].
