Ingredients: water, glucose, amino acid mix (L-phenylalanine, L-tryptophan, L-threonine, L-lysine HCl, L-methionine, L-histidine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, L-glutamine), citrulline malate, magnesium salts of citric acid, acid (citric acid), flavourings, sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose, neotame), preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), maltodextrine.

Recommended use: Take 1 serving once a day (1 serving = 120 ml). Shake before use.
