GUARILLA® MASS GAIN. Food supplement. With sweetener. Mass gainer powder for preparing a nutritional protein and carbohydrate drink enriched with creatine and L-glutamine. Designed for adults performing high intensity excercise. Protein contributes to a growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise, the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Recommended daily intake: Mix ~2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200-400 ml of water or milk. Take two servings daily, one serving 45-75 minutes before training and the second serving immediately after training. On non-training days, consume one serving daily between meals [1 serving = ~2 scoops (100 g)].
