Ingredients: vitamin complex [bulking agent (E460(i)), vitamin B1 (thiamin hydrochloride), pantothenic acid (D-pantothenate, calcium), niacin (nicotinamide), vitamin B2
(riboflavin), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin), para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), inositol, folic acid (pteroylmonoglutamic acid), anti-caking agent (E551)], capsule (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), choline bitartrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), biotin (D-biotin).

Recommended daily intake: Take 2 capsules daily with water.
