Ingredients: caffeine, capsule [gelatin, water, colour (E171)], green  tea  leaves  extract  (Camellia  sinensis  L.), green coffee bean extract (Coffea arabica L.), L-carnitine tartrate, cocoa bean extract (Theobroma cocoa L.), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (E551, E470b).

Recommended use: Take 1 capsule per day before workout. Do not take within 4 hours before sleep.
