Ingredients: L-carnitine, Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA), capsule shell [gelatin, colour (E172)], alpha-lipoic acid, caffeine anhydrous, bulking agent (E460), chromium picolinate, anti-caking agents (E470b, E551).

Recommended use: Take 1 serving (3 capsules) per day, 45-60 minutes before workout or after meal.
