RULES OF THE INSTAGRAM CONTEST entitled "Halloween Giveaway"

referred to as the "Terms and Conditions", dated 20.10.2025, with the following wording:

§ 1.

1. The organizer of the "Halloween Giveaway" competition  (the "Competition") is a company under the name of: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Otomin (80-174) at 40 Konna Street, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, VII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000355208, NIP: 9571037001, REGON: 221006572, share capital  of PLN 16,000,000.00 (the "Organizer").
2. The place of the Competition is the Organizer's Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/skulllabo/.
3. Prizes in the Competition are provided by the Organizer: FITNESS AUTHORITY Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Konna 40, (80-174) Otomin, NIP: 9571037001, REGON: 221006572.
4. The Contest is in no way endorsed, sponsored, organized or affiliated with Instagram. Instagram is not responsible for the Contest and any questions, comments and complaints should be directed to the Organizer and not to Instagram. The Organizer undertakes, jointly and severally, to indemnify Instagram from liability to any Contest Participant who makes a claim against Instagram in connection with this Contest.
5. The competition starts on 29.10.2025. from 16:00 and lasts until 2.10.2025 at 00:00.
6. The Competition is open to any natural person (hereinafter: the Participant) who: has a place of residence in the territory of the Republic of Poland, is of legal age and has full legal capacity, is not in any way personally, capitally or organizationally related to the Organizer, has read the Competition Regulations and accepts their provisions and has completed the Competition Task.
7. The condition for participation is the acceptance of these Regulations, and participation in the Competition and sharing data for the needs of the Competition is voluntary.
8. The Contest will be conducted exclusively on the Internet, on Instagram on the Organizer's profile at: https://www.instagram.com/skulllabo/.
9. The competition task consists of:
   1. answering the question "They are calling. The Halloween party starts in an hour. You have one free seat. Who are you putting in the back seat?" and
   2. designation of one person indicated in the answer to the question, and
   3. liking a contest post, and
   4. sharing the contest post on your story,

whereby the Competition Participant must perform all of the above activities in order to participate in the Competition.

10. The best answer will be selected based on the following criteria: creativity and detail of the answer.
11. One Contest Participant may add only one comment. If more than one comment with a reply is added, only the comment added first will be taken into account.
12. The Organizer's decision is final and indisputable.
13. The winners will be awarded by the Organizer. The organizer will reward 3 people.
14. Each of the Winners will receive a prize in the form of a double set of products:
    1. SKULL LABS® Executioner Whey 2 kg
    2. SKULL LABS® Angel Dust 270 g
    3. SKULL LABS® Creatine 300 g
    4. SKULL LABS® Perfect Joints 495 g
    5. SKULL LABS® Shaker 600 ml Black/White FITSHAKER

with a gross value of PLN 902.00 (the value of a double set of the above-mentioned products).

15. The results of the competition with the indication of the Winner will be published on Instagram on the Organizer's profile on 04.11.2025
16. The condition for receiving the prizes is to send by 02.11.2025. Privately, a message on the Organizer's Instagram profile https://www.instagram.com/skulllabo/, which will include the winner's name and surname, phone number, e-mail address and correspondence address (street, house number, postal code, city), as well as other data indicated in paragraph 21 below.
17. The right to the Prize cannot be transferred to other persons. It is also not possible to obtain a payout of the equivalent of the Reward. In the event of the Winner's resignation from the Prize, the Organizer has the right to transfer it to another Participant participating in the Competition.
18. Proper performance of the Competition Task is tantamount to the Participant's acceptance of the provisions of the Regulations.
19. The Organizer reserves the right to remove and not take into account in the Contest the Contest Answers: 1. inconsistent with the Instagram Regulations, 2. not meeting the criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions or submitted in violation of the Terms and Conditions, 3. containing content that is inconsistent with good morals, immoral, offensive or violating applicable law; 4. infringing the rights, including in particular copyrights, or personal rights of third parties, including unlawfully using the images of third parties; containing logos or advertising content relating to any goods or services other than the Fitness Authority®.
20. Due to the fact that, in accordance with the applicable law, in connection with the Winner's victory in the Competition, there is an obligation to pay income tax on winnings, the Winner will be obliged to provide the data necessary to fulfil the Organiser's obligations specified by law, in particular to provide the PESEL number or NIP number and indicate the tax office competent for the Winner (name and exact address). If within the period indicated in paragraph 17 above, the Organizer does not receive the Participant's data indicated in the form to the address indicated by the Organizer's employee, the Winner loses the right to collect the Prize.
21. The tax payer referred to in paragraph 21 above is the Organizer. The Prize will be issued after the Organizer collects the tax from the Winner. The Organiser has the right to deduct the amount of the lump-sum tax due from the amount of the Additional Benefit referred to in § 1 section 22 of these Regulations, to which the Winner agrees.
22. Together with the Prize awarded to the Winner selected in accordance with the rules set out in these Regulations, an additional cash prize will be awarded in the amount corresponding to 11.11% of the value of the Prize co-financing (hereinafter: the "Additional Benefit"). The amount of the Additional Benefit will be deducted by the Organizer in accordance with § 1 section 21 of these Regulations, towards personal income tax.

§ 2.

1. The Regulations have been made available on the website https://fanutrition.pl/en/skull-labs-competition-rules the Regulations will be made available to all interested parties, at their request, at the Organizer's headquarters.
2. In matters not regulated in the Terms and Conditions, the applicable provisions of law, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, shall apply.
3. The Organizer is the administrator of the Participants' personal data. Detailed information on the processing of the Participants' personal data can be found on the Organizer's website, in the tab at https://fanutrition.pl/pl The duration of the Competition is specified in advance in the Regulations, but may be changed, including for reasons attributable to the Organizer.

§ 3.

1. Any complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted, in particular, by e-mail to the following e-mail address: marketing@fitnessauthority.pl. In order to speed up the processing of the complaint, please provide a description of the reasons justifying the complaint. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt by the Competition organizer. The complaint procedure adopted by the Competition Organizer does not in any way violate the rights granted to the Competition participant under the generally applicable law, including the possibility of pursuing claims through court proceedings.
